We are very pleased with the interior design made by architects from Bauart Studio. We ordered the project having already received the apartment from the developer and having our vision of what it should look like. The architects helped us realize our idea, correcting and improving it in consultation with us where they thought it was needed. Thanks to good communication and joint commitment, the project meets our expectations both visually and functionally. We are now finishing the finishing works, which we are also doing in consultation with and under the supervision of this design office - it is going like clockwork, despite minor corrections that we had to make due to the existing development condition (e.g. pipes in the bathroom that ran along the walls instead of under the plaster, (which we weren't aware of before, and the developer didn't allow us to cramming them).

We came to architects wanting to build a house, already having a plot of land - we initially selected a ready-made design and needed consultation or an individual design, and then adaptation and implementation of an interior design design. The architects' advice turned out to be very helpful and honest - they advised us to stick to the ready-made design, but suggested making a few changes to it that would change the house not only aesthetically, but also functionally. From the very beginning, we wanted the entire architecture (both the house and the interior) to be modern, but at the same time kept in calm, warm tones of gray, wood and beige that would not get boring over time and that it would be light. At the same time, we wanted to ask professionals and use proven solutions provided by modern technology. Already at the first, non-binding meeting, the architect shared with us his experience in this field and advised us on what was worth doing and what was better to avoid, and helped us choose a preliminary design. Already then, we were assured that we could count on support from beginning to end - starting from the design concept (visualizations and 3D model) and the initial selection of finishing materials, through the detailed interior design and adaptation of the architectural design along with changes resulting from the interior design, to to the final selection of materials based on samples and author's supervision. We were also given the contact details of the construction manager, who can supervise the project, as well as contact details of proven finishing and construction teams operating in our area.By choosing the Bauart Studio architecture and interior design office, we saved a lot of time and were able to quickly make the right choices, and the entire design and implementation process is planned. If we had any comments on the project, they were entered and we were shown where they were. They were with me from the beginning - from the initial talks, through the design concept phase, through technical design and selection of materials, to author's supervision of the project. Ultimately, an individual project was created that met my expectations.After a year of living there, I can recommend them - the house has a modern, timeless shape and is bright, just like the interior. Thanks to the open plan and the ground floor - where (already at the stage when the 3D model and visualizations were made) a kitchen with an island was drawn - I can live comfortably in a functional space, also distinguished by its simplicity. We would like to thank the designers of Bauart Studio from Warsaw for the project and recommend this company. Thanks to the help of an experienced architect, the functional layout and interior of our clinic in Józefosław (Warsaw) was created. Due to the initial layout and complex construction, we are very satisfied with the final effect (style). The interiors are bright, their size is larger than in reality, they are given a cozy atmosphere, the entire interior design is in subdued, warm beige and well lit. They have been given a unique, timeless character and are comfortable to use. Dental rooms and an aesthetic surgery room were designed, with the architect providing an elegant waiting room with a clearly marked entrance area and the logo of our clinic perfectly integrated into the wall. The cooperation included a concept with 3D visualizations, an executive design with a list of finishing materials and assistance in assembling finishing materials, furniture (we also selected fabrics, accessories and greenery) and author's supervision over the implementation of construction works. The costs were also important and were adequate to the selected version of the design, which was elegant but also simple.
